Katy Perry Divorce Russell Brand Moving Out of Their Hollywood Mansion 
Katy Perry and Russell Brand have agreed ... Katy will stay in the couple's $6.5 million Hollywood Hills mansion and Russell will move out ... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to the couple tell us ... the moving process is already under way and most of Russell's stuff is already out of the home.
We're told ... the two are on reasonably good terms with each other, considering they just broke up ... and the decision over the house went pretty smoothly.
As we previously reported, the couple purchased the home together just a few months ago. We're guessing if Katy wants to stay in the home long term, she'll most likely have to cut Russell a big, fat check. 
David O. Russell's transgender niece isn't giving up after cops refused to file charges against the director -- family sources tell TMZ, she plans to do whatever she can to reopen the case.
TMZ broke the story ... the Broward County Sheriff's Office has closed the case against Russell -- after his niece claimed the director groped her breasts -- "because it's an allegation of simple battery that was not witnessed by law enforcement."
Her only option now is to take her case to the State's Attorney on her own -- and we're told she's strongly considering making the move. If successful, Russell could still face criminal charges.
As we previously reported, Russell's 19-year-old niece told police the "Fighter" director inappropriately grabbed her breasts during a workout session at a Florida hotel.
A family source tells us ... Russell's niece really looked up to him ... and she believes he lured her into a false sense of security before taking advantage of her.
But Russell has proclaimed his innocence from the beginning -- admitting he did touch her chest -- but insisting she consented. Calls to David's people have not been returned.
Floyd Mayweather is NOT properly licensed to fight in Nevada on May 5 ... despite having the judge's blessing ... and TMZ has learned state officials are demanding to speak with Floyd in person before they will allow him to fight.
TMZ spoke with Keith Kizer -- Executive Director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission -- who tells us all fighters must apply for a license annually ... but fighters with a conviction are sometimes required to plead their case to the commission in person.
Floyd was convicted of beating his baby mama last month ... and Friday, he convinced the judge to delay his jail sentence so he could fight an unnamed opponent at the MGM Grand on May 5.
The next step is to apply for the license, but Kizer tells us it's not uncommon for a fighter to begin the process just a few weeks before their first bout of the year. We're told Floyd has been flagged for a face-to-face ... if and when he applies.
"The commission looks at experience, integrity, character and skill to determine whether or not it's appropriate to issue a license," Kizer says.
And it ain't a slam dunk either -- the commission is known to REJECT applications ... most famously denying Mike Tyson in 2002 after he was involved in a brawl at a NYC news conference.
Nas' concert promoter who was kidnapped at gunpoint in Angola is still stuck in the country -- caught in a legal stalemate between Nas and the guy who allegedly kidnapped him .. and it's getting worse by the day.
TMZ broke the story ... Patrick Allocco -- a U.S. concert promoter who booked an Angolan New Year's Eve show starring Nas -- was kidnapped after the Angolan concert promoter sent Allocco a $300,000 advance for Nas and the rapper ended up being a no-show.
We've learned Allocco -- who was released from custody but is still prohibited from leaving the country -- sent Nas the $300k, but now the Angola promoter wants not only the $300,000 back, but an additional $50,000 in expenses.
Here's the deadlock. Nas is willing to send $300,000, but not the addition $50 grand. In addition, before Nas sends ANY money, he wants a letter from both Allocco and the Angolan concert promoter -- releasing him from any liability.
So there's a stalemate. And Allocco is stuck in a foreign land.
