As much as the reality star can be irritating and attention seeking at times, we always assumed she was 100% natural.
Now yesterday we spotted Kim as she left a salon with redish blotchyish skin. The most likely scenario is that Kim was treating herself to a facial but the fact that the salon is known for it’s botox services, has set tongues wagging.
Later that day Kim attended a Valentino party looking her usual radiant self and no more or less wrinkly than a few hours before.
Kim has admitted to trying botox in the past, she was even filmed having it done in 2010. She ended up having swollen and bruised eyes, which led to her telling her family:
'I'm never doing this again... at least not until I'm 40,'
