Adele dedication. Best Original Song award to her baby after winning for Skyfall
She's riding high on the wave of new motherhood and now Adele has something else to make her smile... a Golden Globe.
After making her red carpet return for the first time since giving birth 12 weeks ago, the London-born singer clinched the Best Original Song for her self-penned James Bond theme tune, Skyfall.
Wearing a black Burberry gown, the 24-year-old paid tribute to her baby son - whose name she has yet to reveal - and boyfriend Simon Konecki as she accepted the accolade.

Sharing the joy: Adele was in high spirits after winning her award
The Rolling In The Deep star proved a gracious winner as she joked about how she'd only come for an excuse to have a night out.
Joining Adele in the audience was fellow new mum Ayda Field and husband Robbie Williams, who the cameras flashed on during her acceptance speech.
And accepting her accolade on stage, she said: "Oh my God. Oh my God. Honestly, I've come out for a night out with my friend Ayda. We're new Mums. We've literally come for a night out, I was not expecting this.
"It's very strange to be here and thank you so much for letting me be part of your world for a night. It's amazing, we've been p*****g ourselves laughing, you know."
