The Premier League's back.
The international football break may bring one type of excitement but the Premier League's is different altogether.
When David Moyes succeeded Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United, Manuel Pellegrini replaced Roberto Mancini at Manchester City and Jose Mourinho returned to Chelsea, observers believed the finest title race ever could be about to start.
And so far those expecting that to be the case haven't been disappointed. There are two points between the top four sides, the closest it has ever been at this stage in Premier League history.
Flying: Like Wayne Rooney, the Premier League season has started in brilliant fashion
There are also only three points between the top six. This has happened only once before, in 2006-07.
Crucially, much could come down to who fares best after the international break.
This below table shows Premier League and Championship results in matches played after internationals since Euro 2008.
The Premier League table, seven fixtures into the 2013/2014 season
Still around: Another outstanding season from Luis Suarez could firmly put Liverpool in the title race
Young star: Jack Wilshere has significantly contributed to Arsenal's fine start to the season
New-look league: David Moyes (left), Manuel Pellegrini (centre) and Jose Mourinho are now in charge at the top
Three points separate the top six: And last time that happened, in 2006/2007, Chelsea and Manchester United were involved in a great title race
