She's enjoyed a long date the night before and then a full day out with rumoured new beau Kanye West today.

And Kim Kardashian has finally headed back to her hotel for some no doubt much needed rest this evening.

The 31-year-old reality star, who is known to change her outfits regularly throughout the day, was still in the same leather trousers she has worn for the past 24 hours.

The move speaks volumes about how comfortable she feels around the rapper, who she has hardly been apart from since touching down in New York yesterday.

Kim looked slightly weary and her face was a little on the sweaty side after her quick slap and dash make-up application this morning

And she looked like the cat that got the cream as she smiled coyly upon entering the hotel complex clutching a shopping bag from F.A.O Schwartz toy store, which she had visited with West a mere few hours earlier. 

It is not known whether Kim was heading out again, but if she does consider another date, she most likely would be eager to freshen up or perhaps enjoy a little nap before another outing.

This morning Kim was seen sneaking out of West's apartment after staying over following an evening date.

And it seemed that Kim and Kanye could not bear to be apart – having enjoyed their second date during the day today. 

Kim was seen leaving West’s New York apartment this morning and made a partial outfit change before heading to meet her boyfriend for lunch.

The reality star had her same leather trousers on that she was wearing to last night's cinema date and the ones she was seen leaving Kanye's home in earlier this morning.

Kim also kept the same pair of black heels on for the lunch date at Serafina but she had switched the top half of her ensemble. 

She had also had time to slap on some make-up and had plenty of beauty products on her face, compared to her fresh-faced look this morning. 

Another day, another date: The couple exited the eatery looking quite pleased 

Kim teamed the trousers with a white blouse and a peach blazer - making her outfit look a little fresher compared to earlier in the day.

While the couple arrived separately for the lunch the pair left together and were seen sharing a look of love as they made their way out of the door.

Intense conversation: Perhaps Kim was trying to instruct her new rumoured beau how to hitch his trousers up

Kim was seen touching her lip while the rapper beamed back at her. 

And the day wasn't over for the couple - following the meal they made their way to Jeffrey's department store and F.A.O. Schwarz for a shopping spree. 

At the famed New York toy store, the pair were seen looking at the huge piano on the floor together as well as chatting with their large entourage.

Today's daytime date come just hours after Kim left Kanye's apartment this morning - she slept over after enjoying a movie date on Wednesday night. 

The pair had watched The Hunger Games together and the date didn't just stop there. 

According to Us Weekly, after the blockbuster movie the couple moved on to the theatre to enjoy the interactive Sleep No More, a production loosely based on Shakespeare's Hamlet.

The show requires attendees to walk through the installation and also wear masks so they can remain anonymous.

'(They stayed) close and intimate as they could,' an insider told the magazine, who also said that they perused the show 'for hours'.

Following the visit, the duo crossed the road to visit the Maderley Bar, where they enjoyed the sounds of live band, Stella St. Clair and bopped along to 40's sounds. 

'They seemed to be really enjoying each others company,' the source said.

West has released a new song declaring his love for the 31-year-old reality star.

The singer and rapper also refers to his ex-girlfriend Amber Rose in the song, called Theraflu, following her claims he and Kim had a fling while they were together. 

Kanye, who enjoyed a movie date with Kim last night, sings: ‘And the whole industry wants to f*** your old chick.’

It seems that Kanye admits to falling for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star when she was getting together with her now-estranged husband Kris Humphries. 

It appears that West is referring to Jay-Z when he mentions ‘Jay’ because the rapper part owner in Humphries’ basketball team the New Jersey Nets.

Earlier this year Amber Rose, who is now engaged to Wiz Khalifa claimed that Kim was the reason she and Kanye broke up.

She said: 'She's a homewrecker! They were both cheating. They were both cheating on me and Reggie with each other.'

And she said that Kim instigated the affair by sending sexy pictures of herself to him as well as calling and texting him.

Amber added: 'She was sending pictures, and I was like, "Kim, just stop. Don’t be that person".'

While Kim has recently claims she still is single she was spotted leaving a cinema in New York with Kayne just last night and according to TMZ the couple are officially dating. 

Sources tell the website the pair are an item and the website is running a picture of the pair leaving the cinema following their date to watch The Hunger Games.

Battle of the biceps! Muscular Mark Wahlberg just can’t compete with the mountainous Rock on set of Pain and Gain

He is filming a movie called No Pain No Gain and Mark Wahlberg has been showing off just how much he has gained from being a fitness fanatic.

The 40-year-old actor has been spotted displaying his huge biceps as he films scenes for the action movie in Miami.

However despite his impressive physique Mark was no match for Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, 39, when he showed up on set this week.

To add insult to injury, 5 ft 7in Mark looked positively tiny next to his 6 ft 5in co-star as the pair got down to work.

The duo were both decked out in tank tops and tracksuit bottoms for filming in the sunshine.

The movie is about a couple of bodybuilders in Florida who get caught up in an extortion ring and a kidnapping scheme that goes terribly wrong.

Big difference: Mark stands at 5 ft 7in while The Rock is an impressive 6 ft 5in

And in keeping with the theme of the film a luminous yellow muscle car was spotted on set.

A muscle car is described as 'any of a group of American-made 2-door sports coupes with powerful engines designed for high-performance driving' and ranges from vehicles such as Oldsmobiles and Ford Mustangs to Pontiacs and Chevrolets.

The vehicles are favoured by the likes of Olivier Martinez, Sean Penn and Amber Heard.

It wasn’t just the trendy cars setting motors racing on set of the movie today.

She has become well known for her enviable curves, and in particular her toned derrière. 

So perhaps it was unsurprising that Jennifer Lopez's toy boy boyfriend Casper Smart couldn't resist grabbing his girlfriend's rear end several times in her new Dance Again video. 

The scantily clad couple were positively smouldering in several sexy scenes for the full video version of the song, which debuted on American Idol tonight.

While introducing the video, Idol host Ryan Secrest took the chance to quiz the judge on her relationship with 24-year-old Casper.

'Is there any special chemistry with you and any of the dancers?' he asked, much to Lopez's obvious embarrassment. 

She swiftly changed the subject, saying: It's fun and dancy and full of joy.'

The video sees Lopez strut around in a strapless black basque and heels while a shirtless Casper dances an intimate number with his girlfriend. 

And the couple couldn't seem to keep their hands off each other as they cavorted in several scenes together. 

The steamy video also features Lopez crawling over a menagerie of scantily clad models in a room and dancing enthusiastically with Casper while covered in gold glitter.

Casper appears shirtless throughout the video, showing off his large number of tattoos on his muscular torso. 

At one point, the couple look to be recreating the famous upside down Spider-Man kiss with J-Lo sporting a low cut top and a shirtless Casper leaning in for the clinch. 

Other shots show the stunning 42-year-old star sporting beachy tousled hair and subtle make-up while smouldering at the camera as she lip syncs to the catchy number.

The diva wears very little clothing as she cavorts in what appears to be wet sand, while another shows her swishing her hair and dancing wildly. 

Casper follows in the footsteps of Jennifer's ex boyfriend Ben Affleck who famously appeared in J-Lo's 2002 video for Jenny from the Block

Ben and Jen were shown cavorting on a yacht, with the Academy Award winning actor nuzzling into J-Lo's bikini clad body and untying her hot pink top.

Now married to Jennifer Garner with three children, Affleck - who was engaged to marry the Latino singer - now says he regrets doing the video. 

Casper, who is usually in the audience during American Idol, has been photographed with his girlfriend everywhere from Miami Beach to Brazil and Mexico where he filmed Dance Again.

'There is a lot of love between [them], he treats her like a queen,' People magazine reported.

However, Jennifer, who split from husband Marc Anthony last July after seven years of marriage, has remained fairly tight lipped about her new relationship with Casper. 

'He's adorable. But you already see that,' she recently told Vogue. 'He really is [sweet]. 

'He's a good egg. I don't want to talk about it too much. It's my private thing.'
