Karl Lagerfeld is claiming his recent comments about Adele were taken out of context and he didn’t mean to offend anyone.
We’re not too sure how saying someone is ‘a little too fat’ could be taken out of context, but nevertheless he’s been doing a little bit of backtracking.
“I'd like to say to Adele that I am your biggest admirer,” he said.
“Sometimes when you take a sentence out it changes the meaning of the thought. Adele is my favourite singer and I am a great admirer of her.”
The 78-year-old fashion designer then added, “I lost over 30 kilos 10 years ago and know how it feels when the press is mean to you in regards to your appearance. Adele is a beautiful girl.”
Er, nice try, Karl, but the damage is done.

Frankly she was looking a little tired, her hair resembled a wig which was about to slip off her head and her coat was horrendous. On the up side her dress wasn’t bad though.
Lindsay stepped out like this for the amFAR gala in NY as part of New York Fashion week. Yes that’s right, Fashion Week is here so expect to see plenty more pics like this in the coming weeks. Soz.

Frankie Cocozza’s womanising antics were out in full force last night as the Celebrity Big Brother housemate whisked a couple of lovely ladies back to his hotel.
The X Factor reject had spent the evening making a personal appearance at Koco nightclub in the city centre where one partygoer claims the crowd was going wild:
“It was unbelievable, the girls were going crazy. Frankie was loving all the attention and spent hours chatting and having photos with everyone. He really did love all us Scouse girls and kept saying he had never seen so many gorgeous girls in one room.”
Aw, what a charmer.
But the charm obviously worked a treat as he was spotted at around 5am heading back to his hotel with a couple of blondes and a bag of Cadburys Buttons.

Look, Naomi Campbell just attempted some humour – isn’t she funny?
No you’re right, not particularly. Yes, after years of flaunting her almost abnormal good looks, fame and glamorous lifestyle in front of us, Naomi Campbell is now trying her best to act all humble. During a new interview she said:
“I would never call myself [a supermodel], I don't have any superhuman powers.
“I still love what I do. It's a new challenge to see how people can change your look. I like words like transformation, reinvention, and chameleon. Because one word I don't like is predictable.”
Given her numerous well-documented temper tantrums over the years we’d say another word Naomi isn’t particularly fond of is ‘no’, but hey maybe she’s changed because on the subject of her anger management issues she went onto say:
“You have to make mistakes. That's how you learn and that's how the world works. I've made a few. What makes a person is the ability to look at themselves and deal with their own lives. How you deal with [your actions] is what defines you.”

But, being the obviously honourable chap that he is, the comedian has told his lawyers - and indeed a judge - that he doesn’t want a penny of his soon-to-be ex-wife’s money.
He filed his final divorce papers yesterday in which he has asked for f-all from Katy - apart from a divorce, obvs. Their marriage won’t be official over until June however, as there’s now a six-month waiting period.
So, shame on those who thought he was only marrying Katy for money and fame. Turns out it was just the fame he was after (probs).

The reality star arrived at the event in tight-fitting trousers paired with a white t-shirt, a blazer and some sparkly ankle boots.
