Yesterday we caught up with Kirk Norcross leaving a tattoo parlour in North London after having the word ‘Karma’ etched across his back.
We know this because he Tweeted, “Morning!!! Off to get my new tattoo soon #SoExcited.”
He then added, “For everyone that just asked I am getting the work ‘KARMA’ on the top of my back will post a pic later x”
What followed was a series of Tweets about how much pain he was in before he posted a picture of the finished product.

Given her recent comments about Britney Spears, you might think that Madonna is a bit of a hypocrite after looking at these pictures.
She described Britney Spears as being built like a “brick s***house” yesterday and then went onto take part in a press conference where she showed off the kind of muscular arms that Jason Statham would be proud of.
Madge spoke in front of the press to discuss her upcoming performance during the Super Bowl, which will be watched by around 100million people. The singer promised that unlike Janet Jackson, she’ll be having no wardrobe malfunctions during her gig, saying:
“Great attention to detail has been paid to my wardrobe, there will be no wardrobe malfunction - I promise.
“This is a Midwesterner girl's dream to be performing at the Super Bowl halftime show.
“In over 25 years of performing that I've done, I have never worked so hard or been so scrupulous or detail-oriented or freaked out as much as I have trying to make the most major show at this Super Bowl.”
Are we the only ones slightly disappointed by the fact Madge’s nipple defo won’t slip out?

Yes that’s right, Kim Kardashian has found herself falling into the arms of another sportsman (possibly).
There’s no word yet as to whether this relationship is authentic or has been concocted for the purposes of financial gain, however rumour has it she’s been dating NFL player Mark Sanchez who plays for some team in America we’ve never heard of before.
A dodgy sounding source told US website strawberryicecream.com:
“Kim and Mark like to meet in hotels for dinner dates and ‘flings’”
“Whenever Kim is in New York, they hang out. They are very careful with not being seen together, Mark is seeing someone! She has her hopes set on a bigger “star” than Sanchez. But for now, he will do.”
We’re not 100% sure if we’re convinced by this report, however in the world of Kim Kadashian anything is possible – such as a live, televised divorce which is apparently what’s going to happen when the reality star heads to court this month to legally end her marriage to Kris Humphries.

By the time we caught up with Lozza, probably near the end of her evening, she was just about managing to prop herself up – with the aid of some pals – outside some London nightspot.
She was in the mood for a celebration after all as she’s just taken over the lease on Chantelle Houghton’s old shop in Essex. Lauren’s calling her new store “Lauren’s Way” - which sounds a bit like a crappy TV film you might see on Channel Five during the day – and as you can imagine she’s pretty excited about it.

And hark, that’s exactly what’s happened; the X Factor judged has inked a deal with publishing company Headline for THREE books; one autobiography and two novels. Speaking about the projects Tulisa said:
"I'm really excited to start work on these books. Having my novels published is a dream come true for me. I'm also looking forward to sharing my life story so far; I've got lots to tell. Headline is the perfect place for me to build my writing career."
Does this mean Tulisa will be penning the tomes herself? Will she be locking herself away in some writers retreat while she contemplates how to bring her characters to life on paper? Heavens knows, however we’ll hazard a guess that at least one of her books will be ready just in time for Crimbo.
