Hardly mellow yellow! Kelly Rowland stands out from the crowd in eye-popping neon
She was the star attraction, so Kelly Rowland ensured she had no trouble standing out from the crowd in Sydney last night.
The singer wore a bright yellow dress to a TW Steel watch party held at the Ivy Penthouse, where she was announced as the worldwide ambassador for the brand.
The 31-year-old posed for pictures wearing the eye-popping one-shoulder dress and nude heels.

She teamed the dress with a bright pink watch from the brand, which matched her pedicure.
More neon came with Kelly's bright green nail polish, and she clutched a leopard-print bag.

She performed at the Supafest festival at ANZ Stadium, where she headlined alongside Chris Brown.
She wrote on Twitter afterwards: She said: 'Sydney was craaaaaazy!!! I love you guys so much!!! It feels so good to be back!! #supafest2012'.
She also found time to visit Sydney Wildlife Park, where she met a koala.

Kelly was interviewed on 2Day FM radio show Kyle & Jackie O, where she discussed her X Factor employer Simon Cowell.
Kelly wouldn't give away whether she plans to return to the show, but gushed about her boss.
'Simon is nuts,' she said. 'But I love Simon to death. He's the king of honesty and i love honesty. He'll give it to you for real.'

For his triumphant headlining performance with Dr Dre at Coachella this weekend, Snoop Dogg wore a Bob Marley medallion proudly around his neck.
The rapper is a huge fan of the iconic singer, who died in 1981, and tonight he got to express his love and admiration for the Jamaican star at a premiere of a film about his life.
And the 40-year-old hip hop auteur was joined by several members of Bob's family, including three of his proud sons, 42-year-old Ziggy and Robbie and Rohan, both 39.

The film has had a tumultuous genesis, initially Martin Scorsese was slated to direct.
However, Scorsese dropped out due to scheduling problems. and was replaced by Jonathan Demme, who then dropped out due to creative differences with producer Steve Bing during the beginning of editing.

According to the official website for the movie, the film tells the story of Marley's 'universal appeal, impact on music history and role as a social and political prophet is both unique and unparalleled.
'It is the definitive life story of the musician, revolutionary, and legend, from his early days to his rise to international superstardom.
'Made with the support of the Marley family, the film features rare footage, incredible performances and revelatory interviews with the people that knew him best.'
Marley is executive produced by Bob Marley's son Ziggy Marley and Island Records founder Chris Blackwell.
Shadow & Act spoke to Cedella Marley,44, daughter of Bob and Rita Marley - about the film.
She told them: 'I've seen parts of it; I haven’t been able to sit and watch the entire thing; it’s an emotional journey that I’m not ready to experience yet.
'I think the documentary has done exactly what the family wanted it to do - to show dad in a different way, the human being that is Robert Marley; and I think Kevin did a good job with it.

But Nicki Minaj juggled platform boots, hotpants and a skirt consisting of leather bondage straps.
Complete with platinum locks and a red PVC jacket, the 29-year-old emerged from The W Hotel in London's Leicester Square tottering along in the creation that didn't look too comfortable.

The straps appeared to be connected around Nicki's midriff, and bound tightly around her thighs.

Not that discomfort would have mattered, considering there was a waiting car ready to whisk her to the BBC studios for a pre-recorded interview for The Graham Norton Show.
Earlier in the day, the queen of chameleons - famed for her ever-evolving style - had been sporting a colourful look with various wigs.
But Nicki couldn't make up her mind on which hairpiece she wanted during a day of interviews.
The 5ft 2in star was torn between a bright green wig and a red and blue multi-coloured style.
The Super Bass beauty eventually decided on the green version, which she teamed with a gold studded corset top with plunging neckline and houndstooth print leggings.
Nicki is in town to promote the re-release of her Pink Friday album, called Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.

But yesterday, she was the one who was in for a surprise when she landed in London - with a huge number of fans waiting to greet the overwhelmed star.

According to reports, Nicki came near to fainting as she tried to make her way through the crowds in the terminal at Heathrow.

She was certainly going for maximum exposure in a pink fluffy hoodie as she stepped off the plane.
Minaj paired her loud jacket with black and white star-printed leggings and snow boots.

Meanwhile, it was revealed this week that Nicki deleted her Twitter account after an argument with a fan who leaked her new music.
She pulled down her social networking page after a fan site NickiDaily posted tracks from Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.
She tweeted: ‘And that's exactly why I'm paying the barbz DUST right now!
