Earlier in the day she was pictured in baggy grey track pants on the way to work out with her sisters Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian.
But by Wednesday afternoon, it was a complete transformation for Kim, the highest profile Kardashian.
The 31-year-old reality star stepped out in Miami wearing a head-turning little black dress, which clung to her famous curves and accentuated her assets further with a plunging cleavage.

Kim's cleavage was brought further into relief by a gold feature which acted as a fastener across her collarbone, pulling the sides of the dress together.
She paired the long-sleeved LBD with Louboutin heels and wore her hair styled in loose waves around her face.
Kim tweeted from a professional make-up studio, posting a photo of herself with make-up artist Mario Dedinanovic.
